Home Ace offers you a home concierge service that can handle the maintenance issues for you. About the only things we don't do are placing your GrubHub order and turning down your bed each night leaving a mint on the pillow.
SERVICES
Home Ace offers basic preventive and proactive maintenance and repairs at an affordable monthly fee. Partnering with us for our Diamond Service puts professionally trained eyes on your home every month evaluating what needs to be done to keep your house in good shape - and actually doing some of those items.
When was the last time you tested your smoke detector? Do you have a door that squeaks? How often do you clean your refrigerator coils or AC filters?
Has your tile grout or granite countertop been resealed in the last year or two? Was your air conditioner cleaned before summer and your heater before winter?

About Us
My father was a general contractor who focused primarily on custom projects for clients. My mother operated a floral shop from home and served as a personal shopper. I was involved in some of my father-in-law's business ventures. Although I launched and operated by own landscaping company in my early 20s, I spent the majority of my career in the non-profit sector implementing vision plans, leading employees and volunteers, and managing budgets and facilities.
The idea of Home Ace was birthed in 2019. By this time I was a real estate consultant and was being asked by family, friends, and clients if I knew professionals to handle various home projects. I would also see pleas on social media. I did know people and would gladly share.
My wife (Dori) and I launched Home Ace.
Home Ace takes this to another level. Instead of giving the homeowner names of possible service providers, Home Ace enlists and schedules the required services for the homeowner. In this case, the homeowner makes one call. Instead of having to personally take care of their home, the owner just gets to enjoy it! Let's chat about letting Home Ace take care of your place!
